Set within 21 acres of gardens and woodland, Penmaenuchaf Hotel sits above Penmaenpool overlooking the Mawddach estuary. The hotel lies a 5-minute drive from the market town of Dolgellau within the Snowdonia National Park. Well-preserved 19th century terraced gardens registered with Cadw surround the hotel, offering herb and sunken gardens.

Each bedroom in the country house has mountain and valley views, a TV, tea/coffee with home-baked biscuits, bathrobes, and Goodwash toiletries.
